Hello! Unfortunately, I have a problem with installation Modelio 3. 7. My version of macOS is 10.13.3, java version is 1.8.0_162. I have modified modelio.ini, it looks like this:

-startup
../Eclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.equinox.launcher_1.3.201.v20161025-1711.jar
--launcher.library
../Eclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.equinox.launcher.cocoa.macosx.x86_64_1.1.401.v20161122-1740
-clearPersistedState
-vm
/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk1.8.0_162.jdk/Contents/Home/bin/java
-vmargs
-Dosgi.requiredJavaVersion=1.8
--add-modules=ALL-SYSTEM
-Xms512m
-Dpython.console.encoding=UTF-8
-XstartOnFirstThread
-Dorg.eclipse.swt.internal.carbon.smallFonts

However, Modelio still doesn't seem to work, the message tells me to see the log file (see attached). Your help will be welcome, thank you in advance.

Hi Alexandrakay,

The message indicates that the launcher cannot find the org.eclipse.equinox.launcher_1.3.201.v20161025-1711.jar file. This jar should be present in the "plugins" directory of the Modelio install.

Could you check the presence of the "org.eclipse.equinox.launcher_1.3.201.v20161025-1711.jar" file in your Modelio installation directory?

If it is not present, perhaps your downloaded modelio-open-source-3.7.0-macosx.cocoa.x86_64.tar.gz archive is corrupted. And you must download it again.

The size of the archive file is about 170 MB and the sha256 checksum of the modelio-open-source-3.7.0-macosx.cocoa.x86_64.tar.gz file is : 33b215ad7facf271d31b720cb1e69ee311d290e1997c60afc1edd35dc59ab4a3

Hope this helps,
ffe

I have downloaded the archive again. The file is present in /Applications/Modelio 3.7.app/Contents/Eclipse/plugins. However, the message is the same and Modelio still doesn't work. :(
