Hi Albert,

You have to launch Modelio.exe and not the eclipsec.exe...

The picture is a little bit too short in order to understand your issue.
Could you send us the modelio.log file which is located in C:\Users\$user\.modelio\3.4 folder and could also check your java version?
Modelio requires Java 8.
