Hi,

Can you post the content of the /users/userName/.modelio/3.3/modelio.log file?

Also, what's the version of your JDK? Modelio 3.3 needs Java 1.8.

Best regards

Hi,

There is no ".modelio" folder in my " /users/userName/." folder. I looked in the library file but it wasn't there either.

As for JDK, I did update to Java 1.8 when I installed Modelio.

Any idea where else the log file might be?

Thanks for your help! I'd really like to use this software.

Hi there,

Are you trying to run Modelio from the archive?
Because you have to extract the files from the dmg first.

I'm running Modelio from the Application folder (Applications > Modelio 3.3 > modelio.app).

Is there anything else that I could have done wrong?

Thanks!
