check [Solved] Change configuration location at startup

Hi.

I am working on a snap package of the linux version of modelio 3.7.
When I try to start the application, I get an error:
The configuration area at '/home/ahahn94/.modelio/.eclipse/configuration.x86_64.os' is not writable.
Please choose a writable location using the '-configuration' command line option.

This is caused by the sandboxing used by snapd. Snaps are only allowed to write to /home/username/snap/snapname/,
in this case /home/ahahn94/snap/modelio/.

How do I tell Modelio which folder to use for .modelio when starting from the cli?
Do I have to alter the build script or is there a startup option for this?

I tried
modelio -configuration /home/ahahn94/snap/modelio
but this does not change the configuration location...

Can anybody help me on this?

Thanks in advance.

Greetings,

I found a solution to this problem by myself.

I can set the configuration location by setting the user.home-property via
export _JAVA_OPTIONS=-Duser.home=$SNAP_USER_DATA
