Hi, How to add existing lanes in a pool ? Using modelio 3.7 ?

Here I have a BPMN diagram with 2 lanes

I want to add those existing lanes in a pool.

How to do it without having to redraw everything ?

Thanks,

Hi,

You can actually add a new Lane to your diagram, and then move your existing Lanes into it.
Here's a short video that shows how to proceed:

Hi, it works with empty lines, but it's not working in my project. It's attached.

If there is a sequence flow, I can't move the lane inside another lane.

Thanks

Hi,

To get the result you described in your first post, you have to create a new lane. Otherwise, your model would not be consistent anymore.

When you move an element within a diagram, Modelio indicates whether or not you can drop it where your cursor stands.
See how the green indicator changes with the cursor's location in the attached video. You can move lanes upward or downward (i.e. change their order) or inside one another.

Hi,

For a reason, I can't move a lane inside another like you do. Here is a link to a video. I can move the lane up or down, but not inside another lane.

Hi,

Can you post a picture showing the 'Help > About' window of your Modelio installation?
