The Modelio development team is pleased to announce the release of Modelio 3.0 RC2.

Several evolutions, improvements and fixes are provided by this new release.
Evolutions:
- It is now possible to directly create diagrams using the Modelio toolbar and a new ‘Create diagrams’ command in the contextual menu.
- A diagram is now automatically created and opened at project creation.
- Modelio 3.0 is now compatible with Windows XP.
Fixes / Improvements:
- Fixes on Required/Provided Interfaces.
- Fixes on N-ary Associations.
- Fixes in the ‘Macros’ feature.

For migrating Modelio 2.2.1 (or greater) projects, you need to export your project using a module on Modelio 2.2.1+ (
Download the migration module
). The provided archive contains the module needed to convert a Modelio 2 project into the Modelio 3 format and a PDF file describing the migration procedure.
