The latest version of Modelio is 2.2.1 but even with version 2.1.1 it should work.
Do you have Libre Office? I tried with Modelio 2.1.1 and Libre Office and it worked.
Did you try to copy a UML class diagram or another diagram?
Did you try to save the diagram as a file (png, bmp, ...)? If yes, is it working?

the new sequence diagram image worked.but to class diagram no .by the way it is very big class diagram consest of more than 60 class

Finally I reproduced the problem.
It seems that the problem is not the number of objects in the diagram but the size of the diagram. If the diagram is too big, I think that it takes too much memory space so it is not copied in memory.

I suggest a workaround.
Open your diagram and change the size page in the Symbol view (First click on the diagram's background so it will have the focus). Replace A4V by A2H.
You will see the limits of the page on the diagram (these limits are represented by dashed lines).
Try to set up the graphics so they stay inside these limits then it should possible to copy the diagram without problem.
I attached an image showing how to do.
