Hi,

Where can I find the TemplateModuleProject of the modelio 3.0?
There was a template for development of modules on the older version and I cannot find it.

Also, what happened with the mdac folder?

Hello damascenodiego,

as far as I know, the template projet for Modelio 3.0 is not ready yet, we are still updating the public nexus...

I'll let you now as soon as it is available!

I'm not sure to understand what you're referring to...
Maybe "mdastore" in Modelio's installation directory?

Sorry, the name of the folder was "mdk".

Another thing is, I found a SVN folder which contains some files of the "java designer" module. I tried to check them out but it didn't work to me.
Do I need an account on the svn to do it?
Don't you have an anonymous user?
The url is : forge.modelio.org/svn/javadesigner-devel...nt/branches/modelio3

I am really up to learn more about the modelio API developing some modules.
I have interest in CASE tools and also the group that I work on my university needs a GUI to model statecharts and generate XML files according to the format they use.

I tried to do it using the API 2.X but I got stuck on one part of the API.
I could not figure out how to get elements inserted at the IStateMachine objects.

Then when I saw the version 3.x I got interested in take a look on it to see if it would be easier to implement this module using the 3.x instead of the 2.x.

The 'mdk' directory disappears with Modelio 3, everything needed for modules will be on the maven nexus instead of the installation directory. It was only required to package modules using the old Ant build...

Modules won't be any easier to implement with Modelio 3.x, they work exactly the same but with a slightly different API. :)

Starting with Modelio 2.x might be a good idea to start right now, but you'll have to update your module for Modelio 3.x someday...

Hi Damascenodiego,

To get JavaDesigner sources, you don't need any login to checkout them with subversion client tool.

In command line, just run :
svn checkout forge.modelio.org/svn/javadesigner-devel...nt/branches/modelio3 javadesigner-development

Also, you can download the java designer sources archive at this link:
forge.modelio.org/attachments/download/9...r_sources_3.0.02.zip
