Is there a way to check or uncheck what is going to be reported by the Web Publisher?

E.G. Use cases are reported with their Description but without any Pre-condition or Post-condition

To customize your html model report, you'd better use Document Publiher which is customizable with Template Editor.

Regarding your example, by default, the 'UseCase' template of Document Publisher generates both the Description and Pre/Post-Conditions for usecases:
