There is no option to bypass this error.
Did you try to reverse a smallest part of your sources?
The idea is to find the part of source code where the problem is.

Eventually, you could provide us the file "C:\DOCUME~1\COUAS\LOCALS~1\Temp\java5801381278222010177.xml" which appears during the reverse.
Try this :
- Launch the reverse
- Before closing Modelio (This point is important!), copy the file "C:\DOCUME~1\COUAS\LOCALS~1\Temp\java5801381278222010177.xml" somewhere(maybe the filename is different. You should copy the file which is indicated in the log). If you close Modelio the file will be automatically deleted as it is a temporary file.
- Finally send us the file that you copied.
