Quick start guide

Creating a project

First you have to start Modelio by double-clicking on the Modelio shortcut.
Once Modelio is started, go to 'File / New Project' or click on the  button. This will open a Project Creation dialog box:

The "Create a project / Project" window

Key:

1. Enter a project name
2. Enter an author name (optional)
3. Choose a project type
4. Click on "Next"

The "Create a project / Modules" window

Key:

5. Select modules to deploy in the project
6. Click on "Next"

The "Create a project / Advanced options" window

Key:

7. Choose if you wanto either start from an empty model or to import an existing one
8. Choose a new project location (optional)
9. Click on "Create the project" to complete the project creation
